Eva-Maria Strobel

Eva-Maria Strobel is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property, technology, and data law. Strobel currently serves as a member of the AI Future Council at Swiss Future Institute and holds the position of Chair for both the Global and EMEA IP, Technology and Data Practice Groups at Baker McKenzie, where participation dates back to 2008. In addition, Strobel is the President and a member of the Board of Trustees at Look Good Feel Better Switzerland. Prior roles include partnership at Baker McKenzie Switzerland, advisory membership at Toledo InnoSource GmbH, and legal positions at Baker McKenzie Deutschland, Lovells, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Strobel's academic background features a State Exam in Law from The University of Bonn and advanced degrees in Law and Economics from Leiden University and Ghent University.
