Jay Speight

Jay Speight has over two decades of experience in document management and operational leadership, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Knowledge Content Management at Baker McKenzie since April 2013. Speight’s role involves enhancing document productivity and standardization across the firm, collaborating with IT and marketing teams to align business tools with operational needs. Previous positions include managing account operations at Williams Lea, where Speight led a large team to provide creative services, and developing innovative workflow solutions for Ernst & Young, significantly improving client service and operational efficiency. Additionally, Speight has contributed to various organizations such as the UK Document Excellence Group and has experience in establishing in-house production teams at PwC and other firms.
