Lisa Lipsky

Lisa Lipsky is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, sustainability, and cross-border M&A transactions. Currently serving as Associate Director of Global Sustainability and Lead Knowledge Lawyer at Baker McKenzie since June 2017, Lisa manages legal content projects and training initiatives to enhance sustainability offerings. Prior roles include leadership positions within the Consumer Goods & Retail and EMEA Corporate Groups. With prior experience at EY Société d'Avocats, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, alongside a foundation in commercial property and corporate law from earlier positions, Lisa has cultivated a robust legal career across multiple jurisdictions. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Asian Studies from Griffith University. Additionally, Lisa has contributed as an Indonesia Research Analyst for the Office of National Assessments, providing analytical reports to the Australian Prime Minister’s office.
