Alexandra Snyder, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in People Solutions at Baker Tilly US since February 2017. Alexandra has progressed through multiple HR roles, including Manager and Senior HR Generalist, where responsibilities have included onboarding new talent, conducting exit interviews, data analysis, and employee relations. Prior to Baker Tilly, Alexandra held positions at Transwestern and SilkRoad Technology, focusing on HR generalist support, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a minor in Accounting from Augustana College and obtained the SHRM-CP certification in 2018.
