Josh Scobey

Josh Scobey is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Budget and Forecasting Manager at Baker Donelson since September 2013, Josh previously held the position of Controller and Vice President at Magna Bank from January 2012 to September 2013. Josh's early career includes a role as a Senior Financial Analyst at International Paper, where responsibilities included optimizing the monthly close process and managing the income statement close. Prior experience also includes being an Audit Senior at Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck PLC, where audit planning and financial statement preparation for financial institutions were key responsibilities, as well as earlier roles as Audit Staff and Accounting Intern. Educational credentials include a B.B.A in Accounting from The University of Memphis and attendance at both Barret School of Banking and Mississippi State University.
