Cassandra's career began in the US Air Force, where duties included Supply Management from November 1993 until September 2012. Educational background includes attendance at Pleasant Valley High School from 1989 to 1993 and the Community College of the Air Force.

bakerly first began when Julien and Fabian, two “Bretons” from Northwestern France, decided to combine their efforts, talents and energy into one mission: to bring their true love of crêpes, French brioches, and traditional French pastries into households across America. You can feel it as well when you visit our brand new, state-of-the-art factory (which we affectionately call “The Barn”) in Easton, PA.
