He previously worked as a Sales Manager at Kyiv-TEK from January 1999 to October 2003 and as a Junior Sales Manager at CCI-Kyiv from August 1997 to January 1999. Eugene holds an MBA in Business Administration from the International Institute of Business (IIB) and a Master of Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
