Maart Adi Waskita ST, CBAP, CEH, ECIH, ACA has a diverse work experience in various industries. Maart Adi Waskita started their career at PT. Centra Lingga Perkasa in 2007 as a Webmaster, where they created, updated, and maintained site pages. In 2009, they joined PT BAKRIELAND DEVELOPMENT TBK as an HRIS Supervisor, responsible for creating and maintaining the Group Human Resources Information System. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Business Analyst, analyzing business objectives and developing solutions for business issues.

In 2013, Maart joined Carsurin as an HRIS, where they were involved in developing, designing, testing, and implementing HRIS tables and codes. Maart Adi Waskita also troubleshooted technical problems and ensured the quality and consistency of HRIS database information.

Returning to PT BAKRIELAND DEVELOPMENT TBK in 2014, Maart took on the role of Corporate Information Technology Manager, responsible for managing the corporation's information technology functions. Recently, they have been serving as the Head of Corporate IT, overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of IT initiatives.

Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 1 Bogor from 1996 to 1999, where they focused on the study of IPA (Natural Sciences). In addition to their education, Maart Adi Waskita holds various certifications, including Alibaba Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Security, EC-Council Certified Incident Handler (E|CIH), Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate). Maart Adi Waskita has also obtained several other certifications related to IT business analysis, project management, internal quality auditing, and HR information systems.
