Michelle Demus Auerbach

Michelle Demus Auerbach possesses extensive experience in fitness, wellness, and sales across various industries. Currently, Michelle serves as an Instructor at Balanced, focusing on healthy aging for clients aged 55 and up, and collaborating with physical therapists to create safe and effective content. Prior roles include Head of Fitness at Bloch International, Director of Wholesale at Jimmy Choo, Yoga Instructor at Exhale Spa, and Program Director at Pure Yoga. Additionally, Michelle held the position of Senior Master Trainer at Yogafit Worldwide Training Systems, where responsibilities included national instructor training in vinyasa yoga. Early career achievements include Sales Manager roles at PRADA and Puma North America, and an Assistant Buyer position at Neiman Marcus. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Movement Therapy from UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from The Juilliard School.
