Matthew Baughan

Matthew Baughan is an experienced Senior Quality Manager at Balfour Beatty (Connect Plus Services) since December 2009, providing leadership in the M25 DBFO Operations & Maintenance contract. Key responsibilities include investigating compliance issues, advising on performance-based payment mechanisms, and overseeing implementation of Integrated Management Systems while monitoring audits and certifications for various standards.
