Mahi Banerjee

Mahi Banerjee is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in EMEA and Asia. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Ball Corporation, Mahi has also held various key roles within the organization, including Regional Director and Director of Human Resources for the Mediterranean & Asia. Prior to joining Ball Corporation, Mahi worked at Tetra Pak as HR Director for the Middle East and North Africa, where significant achievements included the establishment of HR shared services and a novel cluster innovation organization. Further experience includes serving as HR Manager at Worldspace FZE, where Mahi implemented a restructuring program and contributed to a global performance management system. Mahi holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Calcutta University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics from Gauhati University.
