Shaq Vann currently serves as the Wide Receivers Coach for Ball State University Athletics since March 2024. Previously, Shaq held the position of Offensive Assistant at the University of Washington from February 2023 to April 2024 and worked as a Graduate Assistant at Eastern Michigan University from January 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing daily activities at Pease Auditorium and producing financial statements. Shaq was also a student athlete at Eastern Michigan University from 2014 to 2019, serving as a three-time captain of the football team and gaining experience in student athletic support services and facility operations. Shaq earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Eastern Michigan University and a Master's degree from the University of Washington.
