Amanda Knerr

Amanda Knerr is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Director of Housing and Residence Life at Ball State University since November 2021. Prior to this role, Amanda held the position of Executive Director for Housing and Residential Life at Indiana State University from July 2013 to November 2021. Amanda's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Associate Director of Residence Life and Associate Director of Student Affairs at Penn State University and Penn State Behrend, respectively. Amanda holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration from Penn State University and two MA degrees in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University.
