Neal Hazen

Neal Hazen has extensive experience in athletic training and physical therapy, serving as the Head Athletic Trainer at Ball State University since July 1996. Prior to this role, Neal worked as a Staff Physical Therapist at Whitley County Memorial Hospital from June 1986 to October 1987.
