Joanna Kolodziej

Joanna Kolodziej, P.Eng, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Ballard Power Systems, holding various roles since 2000. Currently serving as Program Director in the Program Management Office, Joanna directs the rail program's vision and alignment, manages budgets and schedules, and interfaces with customers on contract negotiations. Previous positions include Project Manager for technology solutions, Senior Solutions Engineer, and team lead for failure analysis, where Joanna developed processes that enhanced cross-functional collaboration and efficiency. Joanna's early roles focused on product development and engineering design, contributing to critical improvements in fuel cell technologies. Educated at the University of Waterloo with a B.A.Sc. in Environmental Chemical Engineering, Joanna combines technical expertise with project management proficiency to drive innovative solutions in the fuel cell industry.
