Arnaud Kienlen has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Arnaud currently serves as the Head of Corporate Risks Management at Baloise LU since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at MAPA mutuelle d'assurance for several years, where their roles included Insurance business developer, trainer, underwriter, Insurance branch manager, sales/products trainer, and Insurance account manager. Arnaud also worked at Crédit Mutuel as a Customer adviser and market researcher during their block release training from September 2007 to May 2008.

Furthermore, they acquired their French A-Levels from Lycée Marguerite Yourcenar in 2006, with a field of study in Economics and Social Sciences.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Arnaud has also pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Arnaud completed the "Travailler à distance" certification from LinkedIn in June 2022. In June 2021, they obtained the "Concepteur de ressources e-learning" certification from ISTF: Devenez expert de la formation digitale. Furthermore, Arnaud holds the "Agrément d'agent d'assurances vie et non-vie" certification from the Commissariat aux Assurances (CAA), although specific details regarding the month and year of acquisition are not available.
