Jill began her storytelling journey after earning a journalism degree from Boston University. Prior to joining Balsam, Jill worked as a writer/editor for an interior design magazine, rose through progressive roles at Pottery Barn Kids as a long-time leader of the creative and photography teams, reshaped the brand creative strategy at Zenni Optical, and contributed to defining the photographic identity for emerging brand Quince.
