Ever the tinkerer, she believes that every process can be improved to make it easier, more efficient, and more joyful. Before joining the Balsam team, Rianna worked in multiple digital leadership roles at Macy’s, always seeking a new challenge. A lifelong Californian, Rianna graduated from UC Davis.
