Suzi Flores, MSHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources US at Balt since December 2020, Suzi has previously held significant roles at OleumTech Corporation, Ignite Health, Draftfcb, and Motive Eyewear, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and multi-state payroll administration. Suzi has demonstrated expertise in developing HR programs and policies aligned with company goals, managing employee relations and progressive discipline practices, and overseeing talent management initiatives. Suzi holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resources Management & Organizational Development from Chapman University and a certification in Human Resource Management from California State University, Fullerton.
