Chris Stanney has extensive experience in professional training, coaching, and data management, currently serving as a Specialist Coach - AI and Senior Data Coach at Baltic Apprenticeships since November 2021. Chris has progressed through various roles, initially as a Technical Trainer and then as a Data Coach, focusing on the development and support of apprentices in the tech and IT sectors. Previous experience includes working as a Software Tester at Thinqi, where responsibilities encompassed manual and automated testing, and a significant tenure at Virgin Atlantic in contact center analysis and customer service leadership roles. Chris is pursuing a BSc in Computing and IT from The Open University, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Business from Swansea University.
