Paige Hodgson is a Digital Learning Coordinator at Baltic Apprenticeships since March 2015, where responsibilities include designing and developing engaging self-paced learning content using Articulate 360 tools. With a strong focus on brand awareness and employee engagement, Paige has also served as Brand Belonging Lead, Internal Communications Officer, Senior Coach, Technical Skills Coach, Learning Mentor, and Junior Assessor within the organization. Prior to this, Paige gained experience as a Marketing Assistant following the completion of a Level 3 Social Media and Digital Marketing Apprenticeship at Baltic Training Services. Earlier roles included a Social Media and Digital Marketing Apprentice at New Horizons Newcastle and a Waitress at The Old Mill Durham. Education includes completing a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship in Social Media and Digital Marketing at Baltic Training Services and attending Whitworth Park School and Sixth Form College.
