Rosie McGuigan is a Data Coach at Baltic Apprenticeships since July 2022, mentoring Level 3 Data Technician apprentices through their End-Point Assessment while teaching fundamentals of data, data collection, protection, and visualization. Previously, Rosie served as a Digital Marketing Coach, guiding apprentices in Level 3 Content Creator and Digital Marketing programs and supporting their skill development using Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics 4. As a Junior Digital Marketing Coach, Rosie acquired teaching and coaching fundamentals, achieved relevant qualifications, and managed a caseload of up to 40 apprentices. Additional experience includes roles as a Freelance Production Assistant at Southpoint Films and a Spa Attendant at Rockliffe Hall Hotel, complemented by a BA(Hons) in Film Production from Solent University.
