Sean Johnson possesses extensive experience in recruitment and partnership management, currently serving as Recruitment Partnership Manager at Baltic Apprenticeships since July 2014. Prior to Baltic Apprenticeships, Sean worked as a Recruitment Resourcer at Baxter Personnel and as a Talent Resourcer at Whurk Recruitment Limited, focusing on market analysis and talent sourcing. Early career experience includes casual staff roles at Oakleaf Sports Complex, where responsibilities included customer service and cash handling. Sean completed GCSEs at St Johns Comprehensive School & Sixth Form College between 2002 and 2007.
