Thomas Lee is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the field of data and digital skills education. Currently serving as a Specialist Data Coach and Data Strategy Manager at Baltic Apprenticeships since January 2018, Thomas has contributed to the development and delivery of various pre-apprenticeship courses in IT, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and Data. Additionally, Thomas has held roles in technical training and curriculum support, focusing on enhancing the learning materials and providing specialized sessions in Software Development and IT Infrastructure. Prior experience includes a position as a Finance Administrator at the Department of Work and Pensions and a Teaching Assistant role within the Undergraduate Ambassador Scheme, where Thomas implemented an internal Wiki for educational purposes. Thomas began the career as an IT Technician at Bishopsgarth Maths and Computing College, supporting daily IT operations. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich.
