Prior positions include Head of the Aviation Security Division at Transporto kompetencijų agentūra from December 2018 to May 2019, and a long tenure at Civilinės aviacijos administracija from 2008 to December 2018, where Monika held roles as Head of the AVSEC division and Chief Specialist of the AVSEC division.
