Kristen Bucher

Kristen Bucher has extensive experience in workforce development and project management within the energy sector, currently serving as Sr. Manager Workforce Development at Baltimore Gas and Electric since October 2009. In this role, Kristen effectively manages the PeakRewards demand response program, achieving over 92% customer satisfaction and enrolling over 320,000 customers. Previously, Kristen worked at T. Rowe Price from February 2001 to April 2009, where responsibilities included supervising teams and managing workflow. Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Penn State University.
