Liz Kaylor joined Baltimore Medical System in April 2017 as the VP of Development and Community Relations. She has a strong background in program development and implementation with specific experience in population health, education and workforce development. Previous work experience includes Director of Grant Management for the Saint Agnes Foundation and founding partner and CFO for The Grants Group, LLC. She oversees marketing and communications, fundraising, and community and strategic relationships to further the mission and vision of Baltimore Medical System. She has been awarded over $18M in grant funding from foundation, corporate, federal and state agencies. Ms. Kaylor earned her Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore. She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Grenada, West Indies from 1997-2000.
