Aleksandra Povrenovic is a seasoned professional in the field of talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Expert at Bambi since October 2022. Previously, Aleksandra held the position of Selection and Recruitment Specialist at Naša AIK Banka, where responsibilities included managing the entire recruitment process, defining job descriptions, and developing employer branding strategies. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at SAT Kadrovske usluge, overseeing recruitment processes and managing employer communications, as well as working as an HR Assistant at Mercator-S d.o.o., where foundational recruitment skills were developed. Aleksandra holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Education in Journalism from the University of Belgrade.
