Juan Carlos Martínez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the digital payment systems sector. As Co-Founder and Shareholder at Bamboo Payment Systems since September 2020, Juan Carlos has demonstrated entrepreneurial acumen. Concurrently serving as a Director at NOKHA SRL since March 2019 and holding a leadership role at CEDU - Cámara de la Economía Digital del Uruguay since April 2015, Juan Carlos has been actively involved in advancing the digital economy in Uruguay. Previous roles include COO at MIDINERO from May 2018 to October 2020 and Gerente de Productos at MIDINERO (Nummi SA) from September 2017 to October 2020. Juan Carlos also contributed significantly as Head of Project Development at REDPAGOS (Nummi SA) from June 2013 to September 2017 and as Head of Electronic Payment Services and Business Development at SISTARBANC SRL from February 1996 to June 2013.

Our PAYOUT solution enables B2B and B2C payouts to gig-economy workers, influencers and prize winners across the region via local bank transfers and cash pickup. Companies can fund their account in USD and we take care of the local processing.
