Jacob Eastman is an accomplished software engineer and technology leader with over a decade of experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer Tech Lead at BambooHR since May 2020 and simultaneously as Owner and Chief Executive Officer at Grayfire Technologies, Jacob previously held significant roles including Director of Engineering at Kenect and Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead at CareerStep. Jacob's expertise encompasses architecture and implementation of enterprise systems, microservices, team management, and integration of third-party software. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science was earned from Brigham Young University, where prior experience included software development and student management.
