Scott Clayton

Scott Clayton is a highly experienced software engineer with a diverse background in frontend development and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer, Frontend at BambooHR since June 2022, Scott has held various positions including Systems/Software Engineer VII at Smarsh and Software Engineer Consultant at Micro Focus. Prior to these roles, Scott was a Principal Engineer at Hughes Network Systems and has extensive experience from a long tenure at Novell, Inc. and earlier roles at WordPerfect Corporation and Wasatch Education Systems. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from the University of Utah and a Certificate in Novel Writing from Stanford University.
