Claire McGregor Broun currently serves as the Head of Retail at Bamford since April 2025. Prior to this role, Claire held various significant positions at Selfridges from October 2021 to July 2025, including Divisional Manager for Womenswear and Divisional Manager for Home & Technology. Claire's experience with The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from November 2016 to September 2021 as Sales & Education Manager for M∙A∙C Cosmetics involved developing learning strategies and training across multiple retail channels. Additionally, Claire's earlier tenure at Selfridges from July 2013 to October 2016 included roles such as Beauty Sales Manager and Department Manager for Men's Contemporary and Men's Shoes & Accessories. Claire began a retail career with Jack Wills | Aubin & Wills from November 2009 to July 2013, progressing from Store Manager positions to Cluster Manager in Connecticut, USA. Claire holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Leeds Arts University and completed an Art & Design Foundation Diploma at Bedford College.
