Rafael Kapose is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as CEO and Executive Director at Banco BCS since August 2015, Rafael is responsible for developing strategies to enhance fee-based income through various financial markets and conducting risk assessments for assets. Additionally, as a Board Advisor, Rafael focuses on fostering relationships with banks in Europe and the Middle East, providing counsel on internationalization and market expansion. Rafael holds a Master’s Degree in International Business from Hult International Business School and is pursuing strategic management studies in banking at INSEAD. Prior roles include International Business Director and Procurement Manager at Grupo STI, and Rafael also serves as a member of the Fiscal Council at ABANC.
