Rita Sousa has over 12 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rita started their career at Portugal Telecom as a Campaign Manager and later worked as an Innovation Analyst. In 2010, they joined NOVO BANCO as a Marketing Analyst and contributed for seven years. Currently, they are employed at Banco CTT, where they have held three positions including Product Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, and currently, they serve as the Head of Business Intelligence.
Rita Sousa began their education in 2004 at Nova School of Business and Economics, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management. Rita successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2008. In 2006, Rita participated in a study abroad program at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, focusing on Management. In 2008, they furthered their education at Nova School of Business and Economics by enrolling in a Master's degree program in Management, which they completed in 2009.
