Norma Piedad Moreno Salazar

Norma Piedad Moreno Salazar is an experienced professional in the banking and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Transformation for Bancassurance and Digital Businesses at Banco Davivienda since May 2016. In this role, Norma designs and implements business strategies to enhance synergies among Banco Davivienda, Daviplata, and associated insurers, focusing on insurance product distribution across various channels. Prior to this, from 2010 to 2016, Norma held the position of Director of the Bancassurance Business Line at Banco Davivienda, where strategic projects for the unit's transformation were led. Earlier experience includes over 16 years at Seguros Bolívar S.A., serving in various leadership roles, including Integral Manager of Synergy Business, focusing on achieving sales budget compliance and optimizing processes for international expansion. Norma holds an Executive MBA from INALDE Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
