Erik Johannessen

Erik Johannessen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various executive roles. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Banco PagaTodo since November 2024, Erik has previously held similar positions at Xepelin, where responsibilities included overseeing Technology, Data, IT, and CyberSec teams while driving sustainable architectural transformation. At Rabbit, Erik managed a multidisciplinary technology team and was instrumental in launching digital products and implementing ERP and CRM systems. As Head of Technology Operations at Clip, Erik enhanced the operating backend platform and established a Technology Operations Center. Additionally, as the founder of TecnoCom.gt, Erik developed high-impact strategies that resulted in significant cost savings for multiple companies.
