Rob Evans has over 30 years of experience in the electrical contracting industry. Rob started their career in 1992 as a Director at Bradwin Electrical Ltd, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2010, they served as the Managing Director at E-Lec Contracting Ltd. Rob then joined Winters Electrical Ltd in 2010 as a Senior Contract Manager, a role they held until 2019. In 2019, Rob joined Bancroft Ltd as an Electrical Contract Manager, and they are currently working there. Rob was promoted to the position of Project Director in September 2022.
Rob Evans attended South Thames College from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a City & Guilds degree in Electrical and Power Transmission Installation/Installer, General. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1992, they completed their high school education at Eastfields High School.

Bancroft is a Mechanical and Electrical Design Specialist Company capable of offering competitive quotation and an excellent Installation Service from Specifications and Drawings prepared by others or on a Design & Build basis. The Business predominantly trades in the fast track fit – out and Refurbishment market which represents approximately 60-65% of our turnover. The balance of our turnover is derived from new build commercial developments, Health, Leisure, Hotel and Education Projects. Our entire staff is directly employed by the Company, and all services are managed in-house. We carefully manage our supply chain, partnering with many domestic sub-contractors and ensuring that they follow our installation methods, Health & Safety and quality plans when working on Bancroft Projects. Bancroft is financed by the way or retained profit and currently does not require the use of any third party financing from banks or financial institutions.
