Shawn Wilcox

Shawn Wilcox is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client management and sales strategies at Kasasa since December 2014. As Executive Client Director, Shawn managed multi-million-dollar client accounts, achieved significant revenue growth through upselling, and fostered strong client relationships, which resulted in a retention rate of over 150 clients nationwide. Shawn has consistently surpassed sales goals, receiving accolades such as the President's Club award in 2020 and multiple awards for outstanding performance in previous years. At Moontower Saloon, Shawn effectively managed bar operations and events from November 2012 to August 2021. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UC San Diego, obtained in 2010.
