Bianca Lee

Bianca Lee has over a decade of experience in customer service and account management, currently serving as the Manager of the Global Service Delivery Team at Bandwidth Inc. since November 2014. Bianca's career at Bandwidth has seen progression through various roles, including Global Service Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager for Strategic Accounts, and Key Customer Account Manager III. Prior to Bandwidth, Bianca worked at Blackboard in multiple roles such as K12 Customer Success Advocate and Market Development Representative. Early career experiences include an internship at Assured Home Respiratory & Medical Equipment and a position as a Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where Bianca also served as the Founding Board President of the Health Communication Club. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
