Donald Bell

Donald Bell is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in fraud operations and network support. Currently serving as the Telecom Fraud Operations Manager at Bandwidth Inc. since March 2014, Donald leads efforts to mitigate fraudulent activities in voice and text messaging networks. Prior roles include Telecom Fraud Analyst II, where responsibilities included managing fraud-related trouble tickets and monitoring for network abuse. Donald's earlier experience spans IT support roles at Wake Technical Community College and Verizon Business, as well as significant operational roles within the National Security Agency and the United States Air Force, providing critical technical support. Donald holds an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from Wake Technical Community College.
