Kathleen Louis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer advocacy, business development, and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Customer Advocacy at Bandwidth Inc. since May 2022, Kathleen previously held key roles at Downtown Raleigh Alliance, including Vice President of Engagement & Business Development, and Director of Business Development. Other notable positions include Assistant Director of Communications at Ravenscroft School, Business Analyst at Discovery Communications, and Manager of Park Programming and Marketing at Capitol Riverfront BID.
