Tanvir Ashrafi is a seasoned professional in service operations management with extensive experience spanning over 18 years in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Service Operations Senior Manager at Banglalink since March 2005, Tanvir supervises the NMC team, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance, and oversees incident and change management processes. Previous roles include Service Operations Chartered Engineer and Lead Engineer, with a focus on incident management and continuous improvement. Tanvir also has experience with multi-vendor integration and system administration for IN and VAS systems, having worked in various capacities ranging from Senior Engineer to Coordinator. Additional experience includes consulting for Orascom Telecom in North Korea, focusing on the establishment of intelligent networks and value-added services.
