Pervez Shahbaz Khan has an extensive background in treasury and financial markets, currently serving as the Group Head of Treasury & Financial Markets at Bank Alfalah Limited since November 2021. Previously, Pervez held various senior roles, including Global Treasurer at Askari Bank, where responsibilities encompassed managing liquidity and steering sales and trading activities. A significant tenure at RBS from April 2005 to January 2018 saw Pervez lead ALM/Treasury and money markets across the APAC region in multiple capacities. Additional experience includes treasurer roles at Citi and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., as well as heading interbank trading and corporate sales at Crédit Agricole CIB. Pervez holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, completed in 1994.
