Paul Swindells

Paul Swindells is an experienced professional currently serving as the Contact Centre Team Leader at Bank Australia since August 2023. Prior to this role, Paul spent over a decade at Rochedale Rovers FC Inc, progressing from General Manager, where leadership led to achieving Gold Academy Status, to Head Football Coach, achieving several championships in youth categories. Paul's leadership extended to serving as President, where chairmanship of the Football Queensland Metro South Committee took place, and as Treasurer, where financial strategies shifted the club from deficit to surplus. Additional experience at Bank Australia includes roles such as Area Manager - Queensland, Service Centre Manager, and Branch Manager. Educationally, Paul holds a Certificate III in Financial Services from Future Staff.
