Andreas Stylianou possesses extensive experience in finance systems and organizational change management, currently serving as the Manager of Finance Systems and Processes at Bank of Cyprus since September 1993. Previously, Andreas managed the Organization & Change Department and was a key stakeholder in the bank's Digital Transformation Program. Andreas led business transformation initiatives and oversaw a business analysis team while managing the Enterprise Project Management Office for numerous high-budget strategic projects. Earlier roles included Deputy IT Manager for Strategy and Governance and IT Infrastructure and Information Security Manager, where Andreas managed IT project activities and designed key banking projects. Before joining the Bank of Cyprus, Andreas lectured in Electrical Engineering at Frederic Institute of Technology. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Loughborough University and an M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) from the National Technical University of Athens.
