Oliver Edwards

Oliver Edwards is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data strategy and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Data Strategy Implementation at the Bank of England since November 2022, Oliver previously held the position of Principal Consultant at PA Consulting from February 2019 to November 2022. Prior roles include Manager at Moorhouse and Senior Consultant at PA Consulting Group, where Oliver focused on delivering solutions to complex business challenges amid challenging macro-economic conditions. Early career highlights include delivering Ministerial briefings for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and serving as Assistant Private Secretary at the UK Border Agency, coordinating complex operational issues for high-level officials. Oliver holds an MSc in International Public Policy from UCL and a BA Hons in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
