Matt Limtiaco is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in information security and systems management. Currently serving as the SVP and Chief Technology Officer at Bank of Guam since November 2015, Matt has also held roles as the VP and Information Security Manager and HRIS Manager/IAM Security Architect at the same institution. Prior to this, Matt worked as an Identity Management Specialist as an independent contractor and held various positions at IBM, Amgen, Netegrity, Inc., ConnectOK.com, and IT&E Overseas, Inc. Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management from Purdue Global.
