Ginger Mandes

Ginger Mandes has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Ginger currently holds the position of SVP, Corporate Banking Group Business Risk Officer at Bank of Hope. Prior to this, they worked at MUFG Union Bank, N.A. as a VP, AML Advisory - Core Banking Transformation. Ginger has also worked at Bank of Hope as a First Vice President, BSA/OFAC Program Unit Manager and as a VP, AML Project Program Manager.

Before their time at Bank of Hope, Ginger was a BSA/AML Consultant at Cathay Bank. Ginger has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Integral Computing Services, Inc. and as a Vice President at HSBC, where they held multiple roles including Financial Crimes Compliance, Sector Lead in Commercial Real Estate and Retail Banking and Wealth Management.

Additionally, Ginger has experience as a Real Estate Paralegal at Arendt Law Group and as an Office Manager/Service Writer/Sales at DLMR, Inc. Throughout their career, Ginger has been involved in a variety of responsibilities such as process improvement, program enhancements, risk management, and strategic alignment.

Ginger Mandes completed their MBA in Leadership and Organizational Change from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Science/Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University in 1996. Additionally, they have a certification in Lean Six Sigma, Green Belt from Lean Sigma Corporation.
