Lucas Liang began their work experience in 2010 as a Loan Servicing Business Analyst at East West Bank. Lucas then moved on to become a Loan Admin Business Analyst, where they conducted data analysis and generated management reports. Lucas also created Excel Macro-VBA to simplify reporting and updated data in the loan system. In 2015, they became a Credit Analyst, supporting senior bankers in underwriting and portfolio management. In 2017, they joined East West Bank as a Senior IT Technical/Business Analyst/Product Owner, where they collected requirements and translated them into user stories. Lucas worked on data analysis, mapping, and application development and played a role in various projects. Most recently, in 2022, Lucas Liang started working as a VP, Sr. Lead BI Technical/Business Analyst at Bank of Hope.
Lucas Liang completed a Certificate Program in Data Science/Analytics from the University of Southern California in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University, Los Angeles during the years 2008-2009.
