James Doyle

James Doyle, MBA, is an experienced professional in the financial services sector with a strong background in operations and customer delivery. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Delivery for Home Buying at Bank of Ireland since June 2015, James has held multiple leadership roles including Head of Operations for Mortgages and Senior Operations Manager in the same institution. Prior to this, James worked at Ulster Bank from April 2011 to June 2015 as a Business Change Portfolio Manager and Project Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions at Bank of Scotland (Ireland) as a Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst, as well as a Credit Underwriter for Mortgages. James holds an MBA from Trinity College Dublin, a BA in Journalism from Dublin Business School, and has completed the Prince 2 Practitioner certification from University College Dublin. Additionally, James has further education from the Institute of Bankers Ireland.
